Silent Hill 2, Konami's latest horror adventure, is a game with many puzzles to solve and mysteries to uncover, so be sure that some of them will give you a very hard time.
One of the first real puzzles encountered in Silent Hill 2 will be the one with a jukebox located inside Neely's Bar, where your task will be to make a jukebox working to progress through the story.

How to solve the jukebox puzzle inside Neely's Bar
Once you reach Neely's Bar, you'll find a document on the counter vaguely explaining what you must do to solve this little mystery regarding a broken jukebox.
First, what you must do is solve a small puzzle within the jukebox itself. Interact with the three available buttons and levers to extract a broken vinyl from the jukebox. Once it is out, you're ready for step two.
Check out your map, and you'll see three areas highlighted on it. All those areas must be explored in order to get everything needed to repair the jukebox. You should visit Saul Street Apartments, located south of Neely's Bar, Groovy Music, located to the north; and Texan Cafe, located to the east.
Inside the Groovy Music shop, you'll find the other half of the vinyl together with the vinyl glue. Use those three items to restore the vinyl needed for the jukebox. Once you do this, go to the Texan Cafe and look for the cash register there. Turn the key on the cash register and press the button to open it and grab the coin from within.
Now go to the Soul Street Apartments, where you must reach the third floor, room 9 to be exact, and search for the jukebox's missing button. Once you reach this room, search the hole inside the wall to find the missing button. You'll have to press search three times to find it.
Once you have all the required items, return to Neely's Bar and put them in the jukebox. Once the vinyl is loaded, insert the coin, press C, and then 2, and the cutscene will start. Once the cutscene is finished, you'll obtain Neely's Bar Key, required for unlocking the door inside Neely's Bar.
