Square Enix have released the latest patch for Final Fantasy VII Remake ahead of the next-gen upgrade release, which includes INTERmission episode DLC starring Yuffie, only on PS5. Here's how to transfer your game progress.
The latest patch for Final Fantasy VII Remake (v1.02) is out, and it brings you the ability to upload your PS4 save data, which you'll be able to download onto your PlayStation 5 console when Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade releases.
Here's how to do it:
- Download patch 1.02
- Go to the in-game settings
- Select Upload Save Data
- Select which game save (progress) you want to upload
- Confirm the upload
- Now, after you upgrade to the PS5 version, do the same, just select Download Save Data, and choose which game save you want to download.
That's it. Your progress will be carried over to the next-gen version of Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade. You can upload as much save data as you want, just one by one.
Square Enix's Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is launching on June 10, just ahead of E3 2021.
