Behaviour aims to make every killer as unique and eerie as they possibly can. They have hit the nail on the head with Huntress and her lullaby and this is the best loadout you can have on her.

Behaviour has added the Huntress as a unique and powerful killer in Dead by Daylight that is not hard for beginners to pick up due to her very straightforward power. Even though she is easy to play, her skill ceiling is very high and there is always room for improvement.

While her unique starter perks are not that strong, perks that she can borrow from her Killer friends can make any game turn in her favour.

Perk Loadout

Barbecue and Chilli

The first perk that every Huntress player should add to their loadout is Barbecue and Chilli. Barbecue and Chilli is the Cannibal's perk that grants aura-reading abilities once the killer is 40 metres away from a survivor.

Given that the Huntress is one of the most ranged killers in the game, Barbecue and Chilli allows her to both get a sense of where the survivors are so she can reposition herself towards them and open up opportunities for a potential hatchet prethrow.

Dead Man's Switch

Dead Man's Switch is Deathslinger's unique perk that activates after the killer hooks a survivor. While active, any survivor that stops repairing a generator before it is fully repaired causes it to get blocked till the effects of the perk end.

This perk synergises with the Huntress well because the affected Generators are highlighted by a white aura, regardless of where the Huntress is at the time, giving her a lot of survivor positioning information and map awareness.

Corrupt Intervention

If the player has Corrupt Intervention the 3 Generators located farthest from the killer are blocked for 120 seconds right at the start of the trial.

This forces the survivors to get closer to the Huntress so she has less ground to cover and can get into a chase sooner. Corrupt Intervention is supposed to be the perk that causes a chain reaction with the other perks.

Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance

At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks, their aura is visible to the killer. The killer starts the trial with 4 tokens, each time a survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook for the first time, 1 token is consumed and the generator with the most progression explodes and instantly regresses by 25% of its maximum possible progression. All survivors that were repairing that generator will scream, but their location will not be revealed.

After Pain Resonance activates, it'll push off any survivors working on a generator which will then cause Dead Man's Switch to activate. If they are far away, Barbecue and Chilli will also activate and reveal their auras.

Add-ons

The two add-ons that would benefit the Huntress the most are Flower Babushka (reduced windup time) and Infantry Belt (two extra hatches).
