You'll come across many interesting and confusing puzzles in Crimson Desert, the latest open-world action RPG from Pearl Abyss, which will test your intelligence big time, not because they are hard or anything, which, by the way, they really can be, but more because the game doesn't bother to explain almost anything about those puzzles.
One such puzzle awaits you during the Reunion quest, immediately after you gain a new power called 'Nature's Grasp'. You'll be tasked with solving a puzzle involving three discs mounted on the wall. If you don't know how, here is the solution.
How to Solve the Secret of the Ancient Ruins Puzzle
Upon opening a stone door using the Nature's Grasp power, you'll find yourself inside a room with a power source connected to the three discs, and you'll only have the message from the game to investigate the ruins, but without any other clues on how to solve the puzzle in question.
If you activate your lamp, you'll see that you must connect the power from the active source on the left to the inactive one on the right, and you'll also notice that the discs are preventing the free flow of the power and that the first disc is active.
To solve this puzzle, you'll have to deactivate the first disc by hitting the middle disc using the Force Palm power (hold R3/RS) and then reactivate the first disc on the left. Doing so will allow you to activate the third disc, so go ahead and do it. Once you hit the third disc, it will activate all three and let the power flow freely. And there you have it; the Ancient Ruins puzzle is done.
If the explanation isn't enough, you can also watch our video, which we've posted above, to see how we did it.
