Ubisoft confirmed that the most recent Title Update 5.6 will be the last one for Watch Dogs: Legion.
Two years after the release, the content drops for Watch Dogs: Legion are coming to an end. Ubisoft officially confirmed that they will no longer release Title Updates for their open-world action-adventure.
Ubisoft will allow players to win rewards that they've missed though by cycling Seasons 3-5. Here's their announcement in full:
"TU 5.6 was our final update for Watch Dogs: Legion. However, you can look forward to reward tracks in the Online Mode, containing both new and returning rewards. The current season 4 Rebels track, containing 80 ranks, will run until January 22, 2022, followed by Season 5 Stripes. After that, Seasons 3-5 will continue to cycle and return to the game, giving you the opportunity to acquire rewards you might have missed out on in the past."
Watch Dogs Legion was released in October 2022 to average reviews from both critics and players. The game reached 72 out of 100 on Metacritic which probably is not high as Ubisoft would have hoped.
At the moment, we don't know if a new Watch Dogs game will be coming anytime soon but given that Ubisoft seem to be committed to this franchise, it wouldn't surprise us if they announced a new one this year.
