With the launch of Far Cry 5 right behind a month shaped corner, Ubisoft have decided to tease the masses some more with a live action trailer and we'll try not to spoil it, but will say this - watch it to the end.

Unlike the Far Cry 5 story trailer, this one is all live action and we've got to say Ubisoft have done a really good job here. Somehow. The acting is good and there are no micropayments necessary to unlock the true ending.

The shows how the cult called Project at Eden's Gate formed around Joseph "The Father" Seed, Far Cry 5's antagonist. Just to refresh your memory, Joseph will be trying to save Hope County, Montana, from impending doom by his own set of methods.

Far Cry 5's "Father" will be joined by "The Heralds", i.e. his brothers Jacob, John and Faith Seed. From what we've seen, they don't seem to be featured in the trailer, but we could be wrong.

Also mentioned in the trailer is Pastor Jerome, the man whom "The Father" succeeded, in a manner of speaking. You'll get the rest of the answers soon enough.

The game will follow the tried and true recipe of an open world game with loads of customizable weapons and vehicles. Hunting is back and there will be guns for hire, i.e. non-playing characters that will have their own stories and skills.

There's also the co-op mode, where you'll be able to finish the game with a friend, with friends showing up as Friend for Hire. Think about it, most of the time, this description will be right too.

Anyway, the game will be out for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 27 March 2018. You can check out more screenshots below.
