Ubisoft have released a trailer announcing their Gamescom presence and showing their planned roster for the event. It's the usual suspects like Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, Skull & Bones and The Division 2, which may prove to be interesting.

Ubisoft's full roster for Gamescom 2018 includes Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, Trials Rising, For Honor, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Space Junkies, Transference, Rainbow Six: Siege, Just Dance 2019, Anno 1800, Skull & Bones and The Division 2.

The last one on the list is definitely not the least, as it is currently one of the most anticipated Ubisoft titles. While the gameplay demo in the booth will most likely be the same one featured at E3 2018, there shouldn't be a lack of Division 2 news.

We may have recently a bit of information related to the new base of operations, which will be the White House. Technically, Ubisoft Brazil did it and we just reported the news. Either way, while the big reveal may be spoiled, there is still a ton of base-related info that is unknown.

For example, how will the base of operation wings in The Division 2 function since there are no Medical, Security and Tech skill trees anymore? Since there will be dynamic events and factions will attack each other as well as our own outposts, will we have to defend the base from time to time? Will we get to see Faye Lau and will she coordinate SHD agents in Washington DC? Will Ramos' cooties test come back negative?

Some of these questions may still be answered at Gamescom, and they will likely be asked during the developer meet ups. Either way, it will interesting to poke Ubisoft with them and later dissect the team's answers.

Fans are speculating that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One pre-orders will go live during the event, but the curious darkness seeping from inside me keeps wondering whether they will reveal the beta testing dates.
