Nintendo have revealed that The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is coming to Nintendo Switch on July 16, 2021.
Nintendo Switch is home to many Wii U games, which in addition to a sharper resolution have also been given the chance to be played by many who have not had the opportunity before, and to be played again by gamers who want to experience the same journey again, only now in something nicer edition.
One such game was announced on yesterday's Nintendo Direct, and that game is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword from 2011.
The HD edition arrives on the Switch on July 16 this year, and brings HD graphics, as the name suggests, as well as full customization for Joy-Cons motion control. Thus, owners of the Nintendo Switch console will be able to use the left Joy-Con as a shield and the right one as a sword.
Nintendo Switch Lite is also supported, no worries, as the in-game controls support the classic buttons and analog sticks combo, so we will be able to use the right analog stick for directional swings with the Link's Skyward sword (up, down, left, right, diagonal).
