Super Animal Royale's CRISPRmas is now live with a bunch of limited-time features and seasonal-themed cosmetics. Players can now download the free-to-play game via Steam Early Access
Super CRISPRmas is on its way back and it is bringing seasonally-themed cosmetics to Super Animal Royale for a limited time only. Players can earn or purchase special, holiday-inspired weapon skins and costumes today through January 10, 2021.
The news was announced by the indie games publisher Modus Games along with developer Pixile Studios. Super Animal Royale's recent foray into the world of free-to-play games means even more players can get in on the holiday hijinks.
The Super CRISPRmas event features
- Limited-Time CRISPRmas Cosmetics: New premium items exclusive to the S.A.W. Shop will be available to purchase
- Collect Candy Canes: These minty treats can be earned after matches or gathered around the map and spent to stuff your stocking with free seasonal-themed cosmetics!
- 4 New Holiday-themed Super Animal Breeds
- Festive Map Decorations: Get in the holiday mood with temporary CRISPRmas lights, ornaments, and more!
Additional game updates include a new map location—SMOMA (Super Museum of Modern Art) and the addition of a new animal—Super GOATS! From now until January 4, 2021, players can also benefit from a Super Edition DLC discount of 20 per cent off. Super Edition includes exclusive cosmetics, virtual currency, and additional milestone rewards.
About Super Animal Royale
Super Animal Royale is a battle royale with a zoological twist. Play as your favourite, genetically modified animal picked from 300+ breeds, find your style with 600+ cosmetic items, and jump off the back of a Giant Eagle and into a 64-player fight to the death.
The players will get to fire shotguns and sparrows, toss grenades and bananas, and ride emus and hamster balls all the way to the top of the food chain.
