Steam's last Game Festival has been quite a success, especially if you've been demoing everything that's been on the menu, and now we get to do it all over again.
Interestingly enough, the news didn't come from Valve but from Geoff Keighley, the man behind The Game Awards and more recently the Steam Game Festival you could've hopped in back in June 2020.
Anyway, Keighley tweeted, "Valve is planning another Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition this Fall, running October 7 - 13. Another chance to play free previews of upcoming games."
And he's not kidding - Steam Game Festival is a great chance to play some of the hottest game coming to PC. Many of them are unlikely to offer demos once they've launched, so it's a perfect opportunity to have a proper go at what the industry has to offer.
It just so happens that we had an awesome time running through the Steam Game Festival offer the last time around, and we found a few personal favourites there as well.
In addition to Carrion, which has been on our radar for quite a while before the festival, we came across Unto the End, a gorgeous platformer that will equally appeal to hard-core, old school platforming fans as to Dark Souls fanatics.
If you're interested in learning more about Unto the End, then head on over here and get your preview of what the game entails. For the full experience, we cordially recommend checking it out.
If Steam's Game Festival is what you're after, however, you'll have to be a bit more patient, as the event starts on October 7 and lasts until October 13, 2020.
