Steam is hosting three huge sales by the end of the year and the likely timeframes for Halloween, Autumn and Winter sales dates have been revealed by Steam Database on Twitter.
Steam Sales may not be as big as they used to be back in their day but they still give us some great discounts on both older and newer titles. If you have your eye on some games but the current price is just above your budget, you'll be happy to hear that just in a couple of days, Steam will host the first of three sales that are planned by the end of the year.
The annual Halloween sale is up first and as you expect, it will include a ton of deals on mostly horror and dark games but traditionally, the sale also offers sweet deals on titles from other genres. Steam Halloween Sale is starting on Monday, 28 October 2019 and will run until Friday, 01 November 2019. This is a little later than usual for Halloween Sale but it's still coming with a lot of great deals so ready your hard-earned cash.
After the Halloween Sale, Steam will host another week packed with discounts for all its users. The next in line would be Steam Autumn Sale and according to Steam Database Twitter, who is usually spot on with sale dates, it's set to start on Tuesday, 26 November 2019. Autumn sale will run for one week, before closing on Tuesday, 03 December 2019. Just like Halloween sale, this one is also a bit later than usual.
Before 2019 officially wraps up, players will get to purchase even more games at discounted prices. Steam Winter Sale is set to start on Thursday, 19 December 2019 and it will run until Thursday, 02 January 2020. Unlike Autumn and Halloween, the Winter sale starts on its standard dates.
Halloween Sale: 28 October – 01 November 2019
Autumn Sale: 26 November – 03 December 2019
Winter Sale: 19 December – 02 January 2020
So there you have it, folks. Three sales before the end of the year are a great opportunity to grab some nice discounted titles so set your reminders if you don't want to miss them.
