Here is everything you need to know about Skull and Bones cross-play and cross-progression across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and other platforms.

Ubisoft's swashbuckling multiplayer action title Skull and Bones is finally coming in November 2022 after many years of development. In their most recent stream, Ubisoft revealed the first gameplay and info about Skull and Bones including details about the cross-play and cross-progression on consoles and PC.

The good news is that Skull and Bones will launch with cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Google Stadia as well as Windows PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.

This basically means that you will be able to team up with your friends even if you play on different platforms. Xbox players can join PlayStation players and vice versa and both can also play with PC players.

For those who own both Xbox and PlayStation or PC, and usually like to play their games across those platforms, the cross-progression feature will synchronise their progress wherever they play. Play on your PC in the morning and continue on the console in the late evening, your progress will be saved.

Players across all platforms will get to team up and take on strongholds, and other pirates, go treasure hunting, upgrade their ship and much more in Skull and Bones. Ubisoft promise a lot for their next big IP, including rich post-launch support for years to come.

Skull and Bones will officially launch on November 8, 2022, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Google Stadia.
