Summer Games Done Quick is back in 2023 and all the juicy details are now available.
Summer Games Done Quick will benefit Doctors Without Borders and the event is happening from May 28 to June 4, 2023.
Fans of speedrunning will be treated to over a hundred runs made by volunteers, some of whom are the best there are.
Even if some of the speedrunners aren't going for world records, there are often fun exhibitions like the unforgettable blindfolded Turbo Tunnel from Battletoads in the past.
One of the highlights this time around is also a blindfolded run, although it is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild by Bubzia. Turbo Tunnel may be a hard level but it is still dodging in a straight line in a 2D game. BotW is an open world adventure so it is quite the feat to remember all the inputs and not get lost along the way.
Other highlights include:

- Pokémon Scarlet/Violet (Switch) – Victory Road (eddaket)

- Ring Fit Adventure (Switch) – World 1 Intensity 30 Restricted [Bonus Game] (Verxl)
Speedrunning in a Soulslike is always fun to watch and with the Elden Ring run being glitchless, it should be even more of a treat for the fans.
