Additionally, Ninja Theory also confirmed that Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 will be similar in length to the first game, with a very focused narrative so the official price will be $49.99. The first Hellblade game is around six to eight hours long, depending on your playstyle.
In their Developer Direct presentation, Ninja Theory showcased more of Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 gameplay but the main focus was on explaining how they crafted Senua's new adventure by using motion capture and various tools at their disposal.
You can check out the presentation below for a closer look at how developers managed to create a believable experience in Hellblade 2:
In case you're not familiar with the Hellblade series, it's's a very narrative-driven adventure with some action and puzzle-solving sequences.
In the first game, the story follows a female warrior named Senua, who tries to reunite with her murdered partner. The sequel will follow Senua on her journey across Iceland but other than that, we don't have many details about the story, which is for the best as we really want to experience it for ourselves.
