Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has a new trailer that features more story tidbits, some spectacular action sequences and more. All of that is followed by Blur's iconic Song 2.
The trailer comes just a couple of weeks before the actual release to try and generate some hype after some underwhelming preview events last week that probably caused a couple of alarms at Rocksteady and Warner Bros.
Some of the characters that can be seen in the trailer include Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark and more. As for the "villains" there's a glimpse of boss fights against Green Lantern, the Flash and other enemies.
Other than that, it's pretty much the stuff we've seen before, like the large open world and combat sequences, that, to be fair, look pretty good.
Whether or not this is enough to intrigue players to buy the game, it remains to be seen. We've mentioned above the preview events and for a good reason.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League didn't really have the greatest of pre-launch marketing campaigns as the preview events were quite bad to the point where some popular outlets pretty openly said they did not like the game at all.
Shortly after that, Rocksteady lifted the NDA on the game's alpha tests, inviting players to talk about their experience with the game. Some of the opinions were quite positive, which is a stark contrast when compared to the press.
