Ever since Infinity Ward and Activision officially revealed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, many rumours and leaks started to surface, revealing various game modes, maps and other content. A lot of these rumours touched upon the battle royale mode, which is yet to be officially confirmed for the popular shooter.
Some earlier leaks claimed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's battle royale mode will be a completely standalone mode and free to play. Of course, you should take these rumours with a grain of salt, but to fuel the speculation even further, players on Reddit have discovered what appears to be a full battle royale map.
Redditor Nateberg3 posted a video claiming that the map seen in the video is indeed the battle royale map. Apparently, the map will use the huge Spec Ops map, which also uses the Ground War maps. It will be one large combo of the existing maps that players already got to play.
However, as you can see from the video, there will be a lot of new locations on the map, including the snowy mountain area with a dam and there's also a huge colosseum in the southern part of the map. Other than that, the map features a lot of buildings so it's safe to say that there will be a lot of protection and campers.
Keep in mind that this is just a rumour and Infinity Ward are yet to confirm if this map indeed is a part of their plans. Until then, if you're looking to get better at the game, check out our and .
