Riot is planning additional updates for Stormrazor in Patch 13.13, indicating further changes to the item. It remains to be seen how these new changes will impact the item.

Stormrazor has experienced a rollercoaster journey since the midseason of Season 13 in League of Legends. Following the release of Patch 13.10, Stormrazor became the center of attention. Many ADCs considered it a core item during that patch, as rushing it enhanced their initial burst damage significantly.

This led to certain ADCs like Jhin and Lucian becoming exceptionally powerful. However, Riot recognized the need to address the item's dominance and subsequently nerfed it in Patch 13.11. The changes focused on reducing the overall damage and offensive stats of Stormrazor to restore balance.

As a result of the nerfs, Stormrazor's win rate and priority decreased to some extent, but it still retains a considerable level of strength. The item's potency is particularly evident when utilized by champions such as Rengar and Jhin, who greatly benefit from the amplified initial burst damage it provides.

Stormrazor has undergone significant changes since the midseason of Season 13 in League of Legends. It had its moments of dominance and subsequent nerfs to reduce its priority. Initially, in Patch 13.10, Stormrazor was widely popular among ADCs, providing potent burst damage when rushed, particularly benefiting champions like Jhin and Lucian.

However, Riot intervened and nerfed the item in Patch 13.11, reducing its overall damage and offensive stats to restore balance.

Despite the nerfs, Stormrazor remains a fairly strong item, albeit with decreased win rate and priority. Its strength is particularly notable in enabling champions like Rengar and Jhin to deliver powerful initial burst damage. However, Riot aims to further address the burst potential and abuse of Stormrazor by implementing more nerfs in Patch 13.13.

The upcoming changes will revert the item's Energized damage to a previous state, removing the AP and AD ratios. This adjustment aims to make the item less prone to burst damage, eliminating the one-shot potential it previously possessed.
