Brawlhalla already had one crossover with WWE but the second one adds an additional four stars. Randy Savage will arguably be the most popular new skin, given the gamers' infatuation with the late Hall of Famer.
WWE crossover continues in Brawlhalla with new character skins. For those unacquainted, the first batch came in roughly three months prior to the latest announcement and it included four skins:
- Becky Lynch (Gnash)
- Xavier Woods (Bodvar)
- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Sentinel)
- John Cena (Hattori)
The new group of skins also features four wrestlers, current and not-so-much:
- "Macho Man" Randy Savage (Ulgrim)
- The Undertaker (Thor)
- Asuka (Queen Nai)
- Roman Reigns (Teros)
While all of the names on the list are popular wrestlers, Randy Savage is likely the highlight. His unique flair is widely recognised among the internet crowd. Gamers, in particular, have a special appreciation for the Macho Man, whose popularity spiked following the best Skyrim mod that ever existed.
Each of the new WWE skins contains something iconic to their real-life counterparts but others have something that adds more flavour to their chosen persona. For example, Randy Savage uses chairs and is constantly flexing while The Undertaker utilises his urn to teleport around the stage and wreak havoc on his enemies.
All the new crossover skins went live on 5 November 2019 and Ubisoft didn't clarify if they will stop at acquiring WWE licenses or if they will expand to more wrestlers in the future.
