Teams will be vying for the top spots in their regions inorder to win a lion's share in the regional $200,000 prize pool, meaning $800,000 in total across the four regions.

As a result, PCS2 has received an extension for the upcoming finals in September 2020. It was meant to be played across two weeks originally but now it will be expanded to 24 matches per region, with four matches played each day over the course of three weeks.

The new schedule is as follows:

Asia-Pacific: August 29-30, September 5-6, September 12-13

Asia: August 27-28, September 3-4, September 8--9
