Everyone who logs into the game every weekend during the event period can claim a whole new skin for free.

PlayStation Plus Drop Pack
PlayStation is coming in with a Drop Pack gift to all PUBG owners with PlayStation Plus. The drop Pack will make sure you have everything you need for this year's Halloween: the Killer Klown Set, the slick Battlestat Rip Tide SLR skin and 5 level up coupons.
The PlayStation Plus Drop Pack can be redeemed for free by all PlayStation Plus members who own PUBG during the promotion period. Promotion Period: August 31 18:00 - October 6 10:00 PDT.
PlayStation Plus Members - Free Game Promotion
If you have a friend who has a PS Plus subscription but hasn't yet played PUBG, you may inform them that they can now do so for free. PUBG will be free for PlayStation Plus Members from now to early October.
