Double Fine will release a physical version of Psychonauts 2 with a new Motherlobe Edition that comes with unique cards, stickers and more.
It's been a long, long wait but it's finally happening. Double Fine's fantastic action-adventure platformer Psychonauts 2 which was released digitally in August 2021 is getting a physical release.
The re-release comes with the new Motherlobe Edition, which will be available on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S via disc on September 27, 2022. The new edition includes a couple of neat additions such as special stickers and cards which you can check out in the image above.
Additionally, the game comes in a lenticular outer sleeve with a reversible cover sheet and a code for a digital download of unreleased behind-the-scenes materials.

Another big surprise is the Collector's Edition, which has a ton of neat stuff. You get the full Psychonauts 2 Motherlobe Edition and the original Psychonauts game on separate discs.
