Dark Souls 2 initially launched on March 11, 2014, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360 to universal acclaim. While the critics absolutely loved the game, fans pointed out some issues like the obvious change in the game's visual fidelity and specific mechanics, some of which has been fixed with the Scholar of the First Sin Edition.
