Kitana's confirmation as a Mortal Kombat 11 character was confirmed via a TV spot but NetherRealm Studios have recently released a new gameplay trailer actually showing her moves, following a Kombat Kast livestream on 12 April 2019,

Kombat Kast episode eight was named The Princess, The Goddes and The Hive which referenced Kitana, Cetrion and D'Vorah, respectively. was revealed earlier, while Kitana and D'Vorah remained a bit of a mystery until this episode.

The trailer above shows them both in action, although a little bit more is shown about Kitana's moves. She is once again relying on her iconic bladed fans that double down as daggers when the situation calls for it.

Kitana promptly went on to ruin D'Vorah's day in the trailer, which in turn ruined the meal anyone was possibly having while watching said trailer. While being gross is just another day for D'Vorah, NetherRealm seem to have worked on making her extra yucky for Mortal Kombat 11.

The 1:06 time stamp on the trailer showed Kitana dominating the bug-like creature that eventually decided to shed its husk and spit fly-like bile on the Edenian princess.

More of D'Vorah's moves were shown, most of them performing gross things such as cocooning Kitana and dropping larvae on the ground. The princess had enough with the filthy day at 1:53 where she performed a fatal blow, followed by a fatality soon after.

Those who wanted to watch D'Vorah's fatal blow and fatality can do so on the video below, but make sure your bowels are calm, as the pure nastiness could potentially make someone puke.

Technically, the fatal blow is not all that bad, as it mostly consists of her stabbing Jax all over the place, which is not an unusual occurrence in Mortal Kombat games, especially when it comes to Jax. Sindel did stab him in the throat with her stiletto back in Mortal Kombat 9, after all.

The fatality, however, is rather gross, so watch at your own discretion.
