Mileena recently made a gues appearance in Mortal Kombat 11 and fans initially thought she would be playable. Following the disappointment, there are now rumours of NRS attempting to make her playable after all.
NetherRealm Studios released a Friendship trailer ahead of Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath which baited some fans into thinking she would be a playable character. However, this did not turn out to be the case but the fans kept clamouring for her return. It is possible that NRS heard the community's outcry as an apparent member of the studio stated that they are now actively considering adding her to the roster.
The information comes through a semi-anonymous leak on Reddit , from someone who apparently submitted evidence of upcoming content to the moderators in order to verify their authenticity.
Anyway, the apparent leaker didn't reveal too much but there is some interesting info, even besides the team discussing the addition of Mileena. The biggest one is probably that Injustice 3 will not be the team's next game.
