Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath has just received another trailer that's sure to capture the attention of fans, as it shows an iconic matchup between RoboCop and the Terminator.
Now, we don't know how big of a fan of the two you were, but there's absolutely no way you haven't imagined what it would be like to have RoboCop fighting its equally as metallic cinematic colleague portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
It seems to be the elderly Terminator too, from Terminator Genisys, but the years didn't catch up with him too much. What was it that he said - old, but not obsolete? Hopefully, I got that right.
Anyway, the matchup is part of Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath DLC, which is a paid package that launches next week for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
According to the official story, the Aftermath DLC will expand the story campaign of the base game with an all-new cinematic narrative centred around trust and deceit.
RoboCop happens to be one of the new characters, and this will actually be his debut in the franchise. Better late than never, we say, especially after seeing some of his moves in the trailer.
Along with the Aftermath DLC, all Mortal Kombat 11 players will get access to added content, like one of the iconic mechanics from the franchise - Stage Fatalities. You'll get to have a go at them on the new stages, but you can also go the Friendships route if you're not overly keen on the brutal finishers.
Developed by NetherRealm Studios, Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath DLC package is slated for launch on May 26, 2020, for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
