Would you like to shuffle your deck and make it more powerful? That's what Dr Strange's challenge in Marvel's Midnight Suns is all about.

Dr Strange is a formidable support hero in Marvel's Midnight Suns that relies on drawing discarded cards back into the hand and buffing the damage for both them and the ones currently held.

Firaxis tailored his challenge to be about this mechanic and unlike the Spider-Man and other knockback-reliant heroes, he is not moving at all but he does indirectly redraw cards.

Strange Memories challenge solution

You start the challenge off with three copies of Bolt of Balthakk and face five enemies that hold two copies of Blessing of the Vishanti, two copies of Agamotto's Gaze and one Resonance.

First, use a Bolt to kill an enemy holding a Blessing of the Vishanti.

Marvel's Midnight Suns - First step of the challenge

Use the Blessing card as soon as you get it.

Marvel's Midnight Suns - Blessing of the Vishanti

Use one of the empowered Bolts to kill an enemy holding Agamotto's Gaze and then use the card immediately after.

Now you have three Bolt cards, one with 22 damage and two with 17 damage. Use a 17-damage card to kill another enemy holding Agamotto's Gaze.

Follow it up by using the second 17-damage card to kill the enemy holding Blessing of the Vishanti.

Marvel's Midnight Suns - Getting the last Vishanti card

Pop Agamotto's Gaze to draw two attack cards and empower them.

Now use Blessing of the Vishanti to empower all three Bolt cards you are holding.

Marvel's Midnight Suns - Using the second Vishanti card

Now you have a Bolt with 27 damage and two Bolts with 22 damage. Use the 27-damage Bolt to kill the last enemy and acquire Resonance. At this point, all you need to do is use Resonance to get another two 22-damage copies of Bolt of Balthakk, for a total of four.

Use all four on the crystal to destroy it and acquire the Legendary ability, which you will use on the new crystal that spawns to complete the challenge.
