The recently held concert was the first Lost Ark-themed concert to be held ever. During his address to the audience and the fans, Gold River confirmed a Lost Ark prequel.
Gold River is the alias that Keum Kang Sun uses. He is the director of the game, and is responsible for its rise to fame.
Recently he has had some health issues and is toning down his involvement with the game's development p[process, though he will still work on the game itself.
In his address to the audience the fans at home, who were watching the concert via streaming, he has confirmed that Lost Ark is getting a prequel game. The story is all done he says, and it will be about Luterra.
To jog the memory of those not well versed in the lore of Arkesia, Luterra is a conflict-ridden land, where every region is embroiled in some kind of conflict.
However, Gold River has only said that the story is about Luterra, which can also mean that it will be about Luterra himself, a man who ended the Chain Wards and established the Kingdom of Luterra, in the West Luterra region.
This is the belief of most Korean players, and we tend to agree, as it gives an opportunity for a great story, which the game seems to be focused on. It will primarily be released on consoles, instead of PC. Though we are unsure if the title will be console exclusive.
