Amazon and Smilegate have confirmed that Lost Ark's May update is coming on May 10, with fifth warrior advanced class called Slayer, new Powerpass and more.
Lost Ark publisher Amazon Games have shared a detailed breakdown of the game's May 2023 update, which is officially launching on Wednesday, May 10. The update will introduce the long-awaited female Berserker Slayer, which is the fifth warrior advanced class.
Additionally, the May update adds Punika Powerpass, allowing players to bring alternate character into Lost Ark once they complete the story in that continent. There's a lot more so read on below for some of the highlights of May update.
Here are some of the highlights from Lost Ark's May 2023 update:
- Slayer
Slayer is the fifth Warrior Advanced Class and the female remix of the Berserker class. Slayer utilises a greatsword and can slay enemies with Burst Mode. Successful attacks with the Slayer fills the Fury Specialty Meter, which, when full, can trigger Burst Mode. During Burst Mode, several stats are significantly enhanced and players will have access to a Specialty skill which unleashes powerful slashes and stabs.
- Punika Powerpass
Similar to the North Vern Powerpasses from Lost Ark's launch, this pass allows players to bring an alternate character into the game once completed the storyline through that continent. Additionally, players will receive Item Level 1340 gear.
- Hyper Express Event II
Players will be able to designate one character between item Level 1340 and 1460 on their roster to participate in this event where they’ll earn honing materials to quickly level up to Item Level 1460 and beyond.
- Engraving Support System
Lets players choose 4 engravings to be in effect at level 3 during the event.
