In all the European regions and servers therein, crashes have been a common occurrence recently. Developers will compensate players for this inconvenience.
As the game has experienced unexpected maintenance in the EU Central region, noticeable crashes in all regions, and overall inconveniences to the Lost Ark players, the developers are going to be giving out a Maintenance Compensation, which includes all manner of items.
This compensation will be a one-time login bonus and will run for 1 week, starting on April 23 and ending on April 30th at 12 am PT / 7 am UTC.
The compensation will include the following:
- 3 days of Crystalline Aura
- 2 Aura of Resonance Recovery Elixirs, which upon claiming from Product Inventory you will have 14 days to use. On use it will grant 50 Aura Of Resonance,
- 3 Ascendant Honing Chests.This is a chest that allows you to choose 1 of the following, in order to help improve your honing chances:
- Star’s Breathe - Tier 1: x15
- Moon’s Breathe - Tier 2: x15
- Solar Protection - Tier 3: x5
- Solar Blessing - Tier 3: x10
- Solar Grace - Tier 3: x30

Along with the hotfix coming for the April update, this will prove to be a fruitful week for Lost Ark players, one in which they get their sweet rewards. All that remains is to appreciate them, and not get lost in the rage against the developers, as we have seen happen before.
