LoLdle is a game based on Wordle and uses Riot Games' League of Legends and its many champions and their quotes, abilities, and more, as their daily challenge.
In today's challenge, the quote of the day is: "Never one without the other". It immediately points to champions that have a dual personality, such as Varus, or the various Darkin.
The answer to the question of which champion in League of Legends says: "Never one without the other", is Kindred, however.
It references the duality of this champion, between the lamb and the wolf. As per the legend, those who face their death calmly, are greeted by the lamb and have a peaceful one, while the ones that run are hunted down and ripped apart by the wolf.
Interestingly, the most famous piece of Kindred media hints that death was at first a single entity in the form of a man. Due to his loneliness, however, he split himself in two with an axe, so he would always have a friend.
The speculation on the mortality of death itself aside, it paints an interesting picture of the mythology of Runeterra. If death is not something to be feared, then we may see some new regions where it is welcomed in the upcoming Riot MMO, even.
