LoL - Riot Are Giving Compensation Rewards For Star Guardian Event

This year's event in League of Legends was Star Guardian. It was an attempt by Riot Games to emulate the success of Spirit Blossom, to pretty bad results.

The event was riddled with content most players skipped, and there were bugs aplenty when claiming rewards for accomplished missions. So, Riot Games are giving out compensation.

League of Legends - Why Star Guardians is a Failed Event

The dates for the currently running Star Guardian event will be changing as follows:

• Tokens will be EARNABLE until August 24, 2022 at 8:00 pm CEST
• Tokens will be PURCHASABLE until August 24, 2022 at 8:00 pm CEST
• Event Pass Missions will be COMPLETABLE until August 24 2022 at 8:00 pm CEST
• Compensation Missions will be COMPLETABLE until August 24, 2022 at 8:00 pm CEST
• Tokens will be REDEEMABLE until August 24, 2022 at 10:00 pm CEST

As compensation for ending Another Sky early, Riot are distributing all free rewards from the Main Story, Guardian Stories, and free missions to all accounts created before August 11, 2022. If you already earned these rewards, you'll receive a second copy of them.

To ensure the same issues don't repeat, the missions will be separated into seven mission, each requiring one game to complete and gain rewards:
