Massive nerf are coming to Zeri and Wukong. Patch 13.7, which will be released on April 5, 2023, will include the nerfs mentioned earlier, and they will be applied to the live servers.
Riot is currently focusing on the MSI meta and will soon release Patch 13.7. The upcoming patch will mainly cater to professional play, aiming to enhance the meta for the upcoming tournament. The patch notes will feature changes that will improve the gameplay experience and promote better diversity in champion selection.
The upcoming changes will include nerfs for champions such as Zeri and Wukong, who have been performing strong in recent patches. Riot intends to nerf them due to their high pick rates, thus adding more diversity to the champions pool.
With the jungle meta having a limited pool of League of Legends champions, the upcoming patch aims to provide more champion choices for professional players. Riot plans to nerf most of the S-tier junglers to create room for other champions in the meta.
Zeri
Zeri did not receive any direct nerfs in the previous patch, but there were some indirect changes that affected her. However, it seems that those changes were not sufficient, so she will now be receiving direct nerfs in the upcoming patch.
- HP Growth: 115 > 110
- Shield Steal: 60% > 50%
- AD Ratio : 100% > 85%
Wukong
Currently, Wukong is considered one of the most powerful junglers in the game, along with Jarvan IV. With a win rate of 51.22% and a pick rate of 12%, he is among the top-performing junglers.
Furthermore, his popularity is evident from his 11% ban rate, indicating that players are afraid of facing him in the game.
- Base AD: 68 > 66
- W ability cooldown: 22/19.5/17/14.5/12 > 22/20/18/16/14
- E ability bonus attack speed: 40/45/50/55/60% > 35/40/45/50/55%

Rod of Ages is considered one of the most efficient Mage mythic items in the game, if not the best. It is used by almost all types of mages, not just scaling mages. The item offers numerous stats for its cost, making it too powerful. Therefore, it is believed that the item deserves to be nerfed.

Total cost of Rod of Ages remain unchanged.
