Starting at 1 pm PT on May 3, 2023, the MSI 2023 Inkshadow Event will begin and will run until 11:59 pm PT on June 5, 2023. While the event itself will conclude on June 5, the Event shop will remain open until 1 pm PT on June 12, 2023.
The upcoming international tournament for League of Legends esports is creating a lot of buzz, particularly as the UK is hosting such an event for the first time. Thirteen teams will be competing over the course of three weeks in order to claim the coveted MSI 2023 trophy.
This is an exciting time for esports and League fans globally, as they can look forward to exclusive Esports drops and a new skin line called Inkshadow that will be launched as part of the event.
It was expected that the Riot's MSI 2023 event would include the Inkshadow skin line, additional missions, pass bundles, and a contribution to the prize pool. Here's what we know about the event, which kicks off on May 3rd.
Game Pass
The MSI 2023 Inkshadow Pass is priced at 1650 RP and provides 200 Tokens and four MSI 2023 Inkshadow Orbs when you reach Milestone 0. Additionally, it grants access to exclusive premium rewards for the event.
For those looking for even more exclusive content, the MSI 2023 Inkshadow Bundle is available for 2650 RP. This bundle includes all of the aforementioned rewards, as well as the Inkshadow Yasuo skin, Border, and Icon.
Riot Games
Finally, there's the MSI 2023 Esports Premium Bundle, which costs 3650 RP. This package comes with everything from the previous two bundles, along with an exclusive Inkshadow Yasuo (DEFY MSI 2023) Chroma and a special Yasuo emote called VICTORY!
It's worth noting that 25% of the proceeds from the Inkshadow Event Pass and Inkshadow Yasuo purchases will be added to the MSI 2023 Prize Pool and Teams. Additionally, 50% of the MSI 2023 Esports Premium Bundle's sales will also be added to the prize pool and teams.
Missions
The MSI 2023 Inkshadow Event will have two types of missions: normal missions and infinite pass missions. Since the event will be shorter than usual, the normal missions will offer more Pass XP to make up for the reduced duration.
Riot Games
The infinite pass mission will award 200 LoL Event XP each time it is completed, which can be used to unlock rewards. To complete this mission, players must earn 200 points by playing and winning games during the event.
