Amplitude Studios' 4X strategy Humankind is coming to Game Pass for PC, Xbox officially announced via a press release. The game will be available on PC day one with Xbox Game Pass.
Game Pass subscribers on PC will be happy to hear that another major strategy game will be coming to Microsoft's mega-popular service on launch day. It's Humankind, a much-anticipated title from Amplitude Studios and Sega.
Microsoft announced the big news via the latest press release, confirming that the game will be available on PC day one with Xbox Game Pass.
To celebrate the news, Amplitude and SEGA dropped a brand new trailer, which showcases the scale of Humankind. Check it out below:
"We’ve called out the 60 different historical cultures you can combine to create a civilization as unique as you are. We did some super quick math and deduced those 60 cultures could yield over 1,000,000 different final combinations… we’re actually still working on the final number. It’s a lot. And we’ve hit you with the near Endless Avatar customization options," the devs reveal in the press release.
The team is also promising 129 different units and ten biomes with 45 different species of animals roaming the wilderness.

Humankind is launching on August 17, 2021, for PC and Stadia.
