Gotham Knights is just around the corner so devs thought it's probably the best time to drop a trailer for the exclusive features that will be available only in the PC version of the game. With the latest trailer, WB Games Montreal seem to suggest that the best version of Gotham Knights will indeed be on PC, with a full slate of options and graphical features.
Gotham's streets will be super shiny thanks to ray-traced reflections while those who have weaker hardware can use either Nvidia DLSS or Intel XeSS, the AI upscaling technique. WB Games did not say whether AMD FSR is in the game or not but they didn't either confirm Nvidia DLSS with their own trailer.
Nvidia uploaded a different version of the trailer, which replaces the Intel XeSS with DLSS 2, so there's still hope that FSR is in the game too.
On top of this, the Gotham Knights PC version will feature unlocked frame-rate, ultra-wide monitor support and extensive options for tweaking the graphics settings.
Here are Gotham Knights PC features that WB Games Montreal announced today:
- 4K Resolution
- Ultra High Framerate
- Ray-Traced Reflections
- Intel XeSS
- Nvidia DLSS 2 (Confirmed by Nvidia)
- Expansive Customisation Options
- Ultra-Wide Monitor Support
- Multi-Monitor Support
All in all, a pretty solid set of features for the PC version but of course, nothing that we haven't seen in other titles. We sincerely hope that the Gotham Knights PC launch will be much, much better than the last game set in Gotham - Batman: Arkham Knight.
Gotham Knights officially launches on October 21, 2022, for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
