The reported God of War: Ragnarok news won't be coming today, according to various reliable sources.

Over the last couple of weeks, we got strong rumours about a potential God of War: Ragnarok release date reveal event being set for the end of June 2022.

Reliable insiders suggested that today, on June 30, 2022, Sony would publish a blog post with some new screenshots, official game editions and first pre-order details.

However, it looks like that won't be happening after all, at least not today. God of War: Ragnarok producer Cory Barlog has confirmed that there will be no God of War: Ragnarok news today.

Other reliable industry sources such as Tom Henderson and Bloomberg also report that the reveal has been delayed but given that we got the confirmation from Barlog himself, it's safe to say that we will be waiting for the God of War: Ragnarok release date reveal for a bit longer.

There is no indication when will we hear more about the game but Barlog and other SIE Santa Monica people have said they will be sharing more information when ready so stay patient, as Barlog previously asked.

God of War: Ragnarok is currently scheduled to launch sometime in 2022. It's coming exclusively to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.  The PC version is yet to be announced.
