Sucker Punch's lone samurai fantasy Ghost of Tsushima has been the best seller in physical sales in the UK, with Paper Mario: The Origami King coming in second.

While it's not without its flaws ,  Ghost of Tsushima is a perfect PlayStation 4 swan song, and we're finding it hard to recall a prettier game. Sucker Punch's story of one man standing up to an overwhelming force has overwhelmingly won the week.

Paper Mario: The Origami King came in second, although it's well worth noting that comparing the two is a bit pointless.

Games Industry did some digging and found that Ghost of Tsushima outsold Days Gone by 7 per cent, which is a more fair comparison than that with Nintendo's adventure.

Paper Mario: The Origami King still did pretty well, mind you, overtaking its two predecessors. Granted, we're talking about three different platforms here, but the fact remains that it's the fastest-selling Paper Mario game.

Both of the aforementioned games are newcomers, which combined with a 59 per cent drop in sales means Codemasters' F1 2020 came in third, followed by The Last of Us Part 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
