Genshin Impact is officially coming to PlayStation 5 this Spring, Sony announced via their official channels. The port will include better visuals, faster loading times and DualSense controller support.
Just like the earlier rumours suggested, Mihoyo's mega-popular free to play MMORPG Genshin Impact is coming to Sony's new console PlayStation 5. Sadly, we did not get a specific release date but the game is set to launch on PS5 sometime this Spring, meaning that we won't have to wait for too long for the release.
Genshin Impact's native PS5 port will, as expected, bring plenty of improvements over the PlayStation 4 version of the game. Sony and Mihoyo promise much better visuals, faster loading times thanks to PS5's super-fast SSD and DualSense controller support.

Just as expected, the trailer is jam-packed with the usual Genshin Impact stuff, showcasing some combat, characters and gorgeous vistas.
Genshin Impact is available now for free on PC via Mihoyo's own client, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and mobile, both Android and iOS. The game is yet to be announced for the Xbox platform and by the looks of it, it will stay that way for quite a while. "We do not currently have plans to release the game on Xbox," developers said recently.
