Ayaka has been one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact. A recent tweet from a Genshin Impact leaker revealed another set of animations featuring everyone's favourite Inazuma Character.
The release of a new character is probably one of the most exciting events in Genshin Impact. After miHoYo confirmed the two banner re-runs for the 1.4 update, we can expect a couple of new characters to get released in the foreseeable future.
One of the most popular characters in Teyvat is for sure Ayaja Kamisato who was part of the game during its beta phase. Ayaka is the princess of the renowned House Kamisato of Inazuma. She is known for her elegance and nobility. Ayaka is a five-star Cryo element user and her weapon of choice is a sword.
Thanks to a credible Genshin Impact leaker called Dimbreath we have a new video featuring Ayaka and her unique playstyle.
It should be noted that the animations were part of Closed Beta 1 and she might go through some small changes before her official release.
As for her release date, she will most likely not be a part of the upcoming 1.5 update considering that she wasn't mentioned in any of the major 1.5 beta leaks.

This means that we will have to wait at least 9-10 more weeks for her potential arrival if we go by miHoYo's usual schedule of releasing new updates every six weeks. She will most likely hit the live servers with the introduction of a new region called Inazuma as she's heavily related to it.
