With all the Marvel superheroes wiped out, it's time to pick up the fighting where we left it off, and Epic Games just made it more interesting with the Zero Point trailer.
As you'll soon learn from the trailer - the Zero Point is exposed but no one escapes the Loop on your watch. And not only is Jonesy in, but he'll also be joined by the likes of Mando and other characters from The Mandalorian.
Fortnite is getting new hunting grounds with the new update. "New hunters means new locations from beyond the Loop. Battle for honor in an ancient arena, sharpen your survival skills in the jungle, and explore the shifting crystalline sands flowing from the exposed Zero Point", Epic wrote.
Zero Point now takes up the central area of the map, and there are a few new PoIs, as well as a remix of Salty Towers.
Of course, it wouldn't be the next season if Fortnite didn't get reinforcements on the weapons front, with a few notable highlights. Dragon's Breath shotgun should feel about as it sounds, fiery, while Mando's Amban Sniper Rifle will let you switch from melee to ranged.
Night Hawk appears to have some tracking involved, but Epic have a lot more in store for the rest of Season 5.
There will be no shortage of things to do in Fortnite's new season, you'll be able to help the island's characters in their unstable reality. You can take on quests and bounties, hire them as allies, or challenge them to duels.
Fortnite's new characters are quite picky though - either bring gold bars earned by completing quests and bounties, offing the unworthy or finding hidden stashes.
