Evercore Heroes: Ascension is a co-op roguelite game where 1-3 players choose from class-based hero characters to complete dynamic missions with endless playability. Vela Games has added the game's demo on Steam for players to try out. Here's what players can expect to see in the game's demo:
- Dynamic missions with endless playability. Players can launch into procedural missions full of deadly monsters, layered objectives, and intense boss fights—all wrapped into tight 30-minute adventures.
- Class-based heroes. Players can expect to unlock a growing roster of class-based Heroes—Tank, Damage, and Support, each with distinct powers, playstyles, and bold personalities. Six Heroes will be available at early access launch, with over a dozen total planned by full release.
- Use Shards to evolve your playstyle. After choosing your role, you can break the meta with Shards, in-run, game-changing upgrades that reshape your build and let you adapt your Hero in powerful new ways.
- Explore a living world of fantasy. Players can journey through the five realms of Lumerea, beginning with the frozen peaks and mines of Kru to the vibrant jungles of Moxy. Discover a world full of danger, beauty, and hidden stories.
