Destiny 2 is set to receive a major patch on 09 April 2019 that will introduce a couple of notable changes to Arc subclasses for Titans, Hunters and Warlocks, and also add new Exotic catalysts and various quality of life improvements.

Bungie have released the full patch notes for the upcoming Destiny 2 update. As Arc Week event is inching closer, and it's set to start next week, the developer wanted to detail the changes they've made to game's systems.

One of the most noticeable updates is the improved Arc subclass paths from the time before Forsaken. The Arc Week will also feature Arc Singe and Arc Bounties to cooperate with your updated abilities. Also, Mayhem will be available in Crucible so you can experiment with your buffed Arc abilities using ridiculously short cooldowns.

Arc Week will also add one of the most powerful Arc weapons you can get your hands on - the Thunderlord Exotic Machine Gun. If you missed the opportunity to get this sweet weapon last year, Bungie is giving you another chance from 09 April to 23 April 2019 to revisit the Cosmodrome and add it to your collection.

Bungie say that after the Forsaken update, they wanted to revisit some older subclass paths and freshen them up. The focus of the 2.2.1 update is on Arc subclasses for Titans, Hunters and Warlocks.

Striker Code of the Juggernaut (Bottom Path):

Frontal Assault now increases all weapon damage, 25 per cent in PvE and 20 per cent in PvP and the duration is also increased from 10 seconds to 16. Knockout melee damage bonus is increased from 25 to 60 per cent and it will now trigger once you deal 60 per cent damage to a target.

Arcstrider Way of the Warrior (Top Path):

Combination Blow bonus melee damage can now be stacked 3 times and kills with this ability now heal 40 health in addition to starting health regen. Deadly Rech buff duration has been increased from 6 to 8 seconds.

Arcstrider Way of the Wind (Bottom Path) :

Disorient distance of Disorienting Blow has been increased by 50 per cent and the duration of disorient on players is now 2 seconds. Focused Breathing dodge recharge bonus while springing has been increased by 100 per cent. Combat Meditation now has increased bonus grenade and melee regeneration while bloodied by 25 per cent.

Lighting Reflexes damage resistance while dodging has been increased from 25 to 40 per cent in PvP and 63 to 70 per cent in PvE.

Stormcaller Attunement of Conduction (Top Path):

Chain Lighting melee can now chain up to five times and hit each target twice and its chain damage is increased from 31 to 50. Arc Web grenades can now chain to "many" more targets and hit each target multiple times. Chain Range has been increased from 10 to 12 meters and chaining damage now reduces grenade cooldown - 3 per cent in PvE and 10 per cent in PvP.

Stormcaller Attunement of the Elements (Bottom Path)

Electrostatic Surge bonus regeneration rate of Rift has been increased by 600 per cent per nearby friendly Guardian and Rift duration has been extended from 15 to 20 seconds. Arc Soul duration has also been extended by 50 per cent.

And that's everything that is coming in the new patch regarding the Arc subclasses. If you want to check other changes, the full patch notes are available on .
