Blue Protocol closed beta test was scheduled to start on Thursday, 23 April 2020 but due to some server issues, the developers decided to postpone the start until the problem is solved. As expected, the closed beta test will now be extended to compensate for the launch delay.
Over at Twitter, the developers confirmed that the beta will now run until Monday, 27 April 2020. "Due to the extension of CBT start time, the CBT implementation period will be extended until 21:00 April 27 (Mon)," the devs tweeted.
Those who are excited to finally try Bandai Namco's anime MMORPG will certainly be happy to hear that the beta will run for one extra day, allowing them to explore most of the regions, dungeons and fight the game's biggest and toughest bosses.
Blue Protocol is currently in development exclusively for PC. The game is set to release sometime this year for the Japanese market. As for the western release, the developers announced that they are still preparing for a global launch, which should come sometime after the initial release in Japan.
