Epic to rerun 14 Days of Fortnite in January

After realising that the company's social media channels have been communicating a wrong end date for the 14 Days of Fortnite event, Epic announced free Equalizer Glider gifts but now they feel as if it was not good enough of a solution.

In case you've taken your New Year's partying to the max and haven't dropped into Fortnite for a few days, you should know that Epic's second part of the 7.10 content update has added a clever little anti-construction device - the Boom Box.

Epic Games rolled out what should only be the first batch of content from Fortnite: Battle Royale's 7.10 content drop, and to be fair it shows, seeing as how the only novelty it adds is a new type of holiday-flavoured deployable - presents.

Epic Games have reiterated the company's zero tolerance policy when it comes to cheating, as news broke that the company is after two YouTubers who used and advertised Fortnite cheats on their channels, referring to them as magic powers.

Epic will let devs use Fortnite's cross-play

Epic Games have already managed to do something not many companies can brag about - change Sony's mind in regards to cross-play. Now however, they announced that Fortnite's cross-play technology will be made available to all devs, for free.

Epic Games have rolled out their first Fortnite update in Season 7, adding a melee weapon dubbed the infinity blade, bringing back Close Encounters LTM and announcing islands in Fortnite Creative, available for all from 13 December

Epic Games obviously weren't kidding when they said they've got a lot more in store for Fortnite Creative and the company will be rewarding the most creative of designs with a spot on The Block in Fortnite: Battle Royale's standard map.

It seems like Niantic didn't really take the US property laws into account when they launched Pokemon GO because players hunting Pokemon have managed to upset quite a few property owners, who in turn sought legal action against the dev.
