Where Winds Meet, the newest open-world action RPG developed by NetEase, is a game with something to do on its every corner. Seriously, I haven't played a game with so much content in many years.
One of the first areas inside the game where you'll be introduced to side quests is General's Shrine, which, apart from a couple of side activities, hides the first real puzzle: how to open a famous door inside one of the houses that can only be opened from the other side.
If this particular question bothers you, and you must immediately know how to access goodies from this hidden room, we have a guide with all the answers you need.
How to access a hidden room inside the house in General's Shrine
You know those famous doors in Souls-like games that can be opened from the other side (usually the side you're not at at the moment)? Well, in Where Winds Meet, you'll come across many of those, and the first one is inside the house in the General's Shrine.
To access this room, you'll have to do a side quest called Echoes in the Shrine first (if you don't know how to access this quest and how to progress it, check out the 'read more' link above).
Doing this quest will lead you to the underground level located beneath General's Shrine, featuring some enemies, loot, and even one mini boss. After beating a mini boss and unlocking hidden treasure (quite a straightforward task), you'll follow the objective markers and reach a ladder.
After you climb the ladder, you'll find yourself inside the room in question. This room features a chest that can be looted, and once you do it, open the door, now from the right side, and this little puzzle will be considered finished.
