The Callisto Protocol stuttering fix
- Switch to the DirectX11 version
Some players have reported that switching to the DirectX11 version of the game in Settings fixes the stuttering issues. Keep in mind that you'll lose all the DirectX12 features like ray-tracing if you do that.
- Pause the game when the stuttering occurs and wait a bit
Whenever the game starts stuttering, this will usually occur when you enter a new level, hit the pause button and wait a couple of minutes until the shared compilation is finished. Then you should be able to play that level without stutters.

- Make sure to update your GPU drivers before starting your playthrough
Ideally, you want to have your GPU drivers updated before your first star given that the game will compile shaders whenever you update the drivers or the game. If you just started with The Callisto Protocol, don't update the drivers until you're finished with the game. The driver update will activate the shader compilation from the start.
- Wait for the official update
Sorry about this one but unfortunately, it's the best option if you're playing the game on PC. There simply isn't much you can do to fix the stuttering.
