Texas Chainsaw Massacre has two roles; the killers and the victims. Playing as a victim might be very difficult if the victims don't play their cards right.
There are a few elements that affect the victim and their chances of survival: The Grandpa being woken up and alerted, the killers spotting the victims and obstacles preventing them from leaving (locked doors, electrocuted gates or traps).
One way to secure an escape is to brute force your way through the very first few obstacles that would usually push you towards a more passive play.
Once you spawn in the South Tunnel, ignoring the noise metre while trying to escape from the ropes in the very first moments of the game and while searching for the unlocking tool (twice) would instantly spare you precious seconds and get you on the way to safety.
Make your way towards the South Tunnel door and pick it open and from there go towards the ladder and climb up. Once up, stick to the left-hand side and follow the fence till the first gate that you come across. Using the second unlocking tool, open the gate and run straight to the first building and try to find a third unlock tool (or bring the Lucky Lockpicker perk).
Once inside the building, lockpick the final door right in front of you and you can run towards an easy victory and safety. This pathing is perfect for those who wish to rush games and not spend too much time in one lobby just to get some XP.
