How to upgrade and repair gear and weapons in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

To upgrade your gear, you'll have to find a technician first, and those special vendors are located through the Zone's settlements and bases. You can recognise them by their wrench icon on the map and radar.

The first base you'll encounter in the game will be Zalissya, and the first time you visit it, you won't find a technician there.
