Here is all you need to know about the League of Legends Arena 2v2v2v2 game mode and its shop phase that will help you to win against your opponents!
In this article, we delve into the details of the Shop Phase in the Arena mode of League of Legends. The Arena mode combines elements from League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics, offering a fun and competitive experience with 2v2 fights between four teams of two players.
After each round of battles, there's a 45-second interval known as the "Shop Phase." During this crucial time, players can spend their gold on purchasing items or selecting augments to enhance their champions. Strategically utilizing this phase is vital for success in the arena.
At the start of the match, players are given 1000 gold to spend on Starter Items, Boots, or consumable items called Juices. The four types of Juices available are Haste, Power, Vitality, and Cappa Juice. Haste, Power, and Vitality Juices provide temporary combat stat boosts, while Cappa Juice is more of a novelty item.
Once the second round commences, players gain access to their first augments. They can choose their preferred augments or reroll up to two times to get desired ones. Champions can have up to four augments, acquired at rounds 2, 5, 8, and 11. Making wise choices during these augment rounds can significantly impact the outcome of the game.
Starting from round three, players receive an additional 1000 gold, and from round four onwards, they obtain 3000 gold each round, except during augment rounds. Mythic or Legendary items have a base price of 3000 gold, offering a considerable power boost from round four onwards.
Players can earn more gold by defeating opponents, gaining 350 gold per enemy, with the potential to earn up to 700 gold each round. Wisely using this extra gold to purchase Juices can further enhance a team's power and chances of success in the Arena mode.
Now, armed with this knowledge, you're well-prepared to tackle Riot's new Arena 2v2v2v2 mode and master the Shop Phase.
