After the part of the game where you begin shooting your own movie (you will get the Lights, Camera, Action! trophy/achievement for that), you will come to the slide iron door with the lock pad blocking access to it.

To progress further into the story, you will have to unlock this lock pad, but no matter what you try, the code is nowhere to be found. Well, the code is actually hidden in plain sight.
